Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Autotix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Autotix is a SaaS platform that automatically creates and classifies support/development tickets from error reports, inbound emails, and webhook data. The Service integrates with third-party project management tools (e.g., Jira) and AI classification services on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans & Billing

Autotix plan:The Autotix plan is $49.99/month base plus per-ticket usage charges: $0.10 per ticket when the customer's own AI provider key is used (BYOK mode), or $0.50 per ticket when our AI provider access is included (Platform mode). Customers may add their own AI key at any time to drop to the lower rate.

Annual billing is available at a 10% discount on the base subscription. Per-ticket charges are metered through Stripe Billing and reflected on each monthly invoice.

Enterprise: Customers requiring SSO, an SLA, or volume contracts should contact sales for a custom agreement.

Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
  • Transmit malicious code through webhook endpoints
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data sent to our platform.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Jira, OpenAI, Sentry, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
